Grace Wales

We are a people from a variety of backgrounds, nationalities, walks of life and ages - young, middles and seniors. We believe the Bible to be true and that God is active in the individual, church and world today. We seek to follow Jesus on the journey of life.

Come to one of the events, we'd love to meet you.

We meet for worship every Sunday morning at 10.30 a.m. in the Queen's Hall, Narberth. The service is lively, informal and child friendly.
Come as you are, stay for a coffee at the end and find out more about us.

Or what about coming to 'Cafe Church'  on a Wednesday evening? Here you can discuss issues that affect you in the relaxed atmosphere of the Liberty Coffee Shop .

    Grace Court House
The former Magistrate’s Court House is the administrative base for Grace Church. This grade 2 listed building is owned by us and has been renovated to provide four floors of good accommodation in the heart of Narberth.

The Liberty Cafe is in Grace Court House as well as our offices.

Many mid-week activities take place here, including courses like Alpha, Youth Alpha, The Money Secret, Freedom in Christ etc. The Court House is also used for Prayer, Youth work, Children's ministry, Pregnancy and post abortion counselling, and houses a Theology reference library.

The facility is also open for various community groups to use throughout the week.

Life Groups

What is a life group?

Life Groups provide a way to connect with others, make a difference in the community and challenge us to be more like Christ. Life Groups are 3-12 people who meet in homes. They are about living the way Jesus lived, not just talking about it.

Why are they so important?
At Grace, our mission is to help people become fully devoted followers of Christ. We believe Life Groups are the place where sustained life change occurs. This is where real life and real issues are discussed. In Life Groups, you develop relationships with other believers on a deeper level than is possible in the main service.  A place to experience community with others while discovering God's word together.

How often do groups meet?
Life groups meet at different times and days throughout the week. Groups meet weekly on whatever day suits them best.

What happens in a life group?
Even though all Life Groups are not the same, how groups spend their time is similar to one another. There is always a welcome, time spent  connecting with each other, time for discussion and reflection surrounding the group study and time spent in prayer and care for one another. Being in a Life Group is about being a part of a community with others. Everyone in the group has an opportunity to grow at their own pace by sharing with and hearing from others in their group.

Life groups meet in homes mid week in Haverfordwest, St. Florence, Pembroke, Cwmfelin Mynach and Narberth.

Life Groups are a great place to learn, share, question, pray, make new friends...

Come with us on the journey of life and find out more. Use the contact form to find out if there is a group near you.

Volunteer
Everything great that happens takes teamwork. Serving is a great way to connect, meet new people, and use your gifts and talents in ministry. There are many options available and include set up team on Sunday mornings, greeting, pack away team, Café church, musicians, children and youth ministry, to helping out in the cafe — it's just that simple.

Giving at Grace
We do not believe in begging but we do believe in giving. Please join us in our mission to help people become fully devoted followers of Christ. Thanks to the generosity of our congregation, the work of the church continues to expand at home and beyond these shores.
Each of us has the opportunity to make a difference through generous giving based upon our personal financial situation and our relationship with Christ. At Grace, we believe He owns everything and He expects us to use well what He has given us for His Kingdom.
Your contribution supports the daily work of the church. We encourage people to tithe on a consistent basis to the local church – the storehouse - before considering any other offering.

Ways to Give
Worship Services:
There is an offering box situated on the reception table as you enter or exit from our service. If you are a UK taxpayer and are able to Gift Aid your amount, that will greatly benefit the church.

Other:  Information about giving by standing order, Gift Aid etc  is available from the financial administrator. As in all our giving, this is handled with the strictest confidence.

Financial Accountability
Grace  engages an independent  accountant, who is non Narberth based, to perform an annual review of the accounts.  Anyone can request a copy of our most recent accounts or ask questions concerning giving or financial practices by approaching the financial administrator or one of the trustees.
